VILLA STAFF

The villa attendants are available to prepare breakfast, clean the house and bedrooms, and answer your needs at the villa.

Whether you are looking for a baby sitter, a tour guide or simply some recommendations on how to bargain at street markets, just ask the staff who will be happy to assist you.

If you feel like treating yourself with a private chef, the staff will organize for a chef to come meet you at the villa and discuss menu options. Early booking is advised as the chef is rather popular!

For any other need, the villa manager, Gatot, can be joined throughout the day on 0812 380 6441.

HOW TO CONNECT TO THE STEREO

1. Turn on the stereo and select AUX 2.
2. Press the button on the top of the Logitech dongle to enable Bluetooth discovery.
3. Connect your phone or computer by selecting Logitech BT Adapter.

CHECK OUT

Check out is noon, but we’re happy to offer a free late check out in case there are no guests checking in on that day.
The staff will arrange the transportation to the airport, simply inform them the day prior to your check out of your departure time.

Ngurah International Airport is located 30 minutes from La Villa Des Sens. You need to be there 90 to 120 minutes ahead of your flight as the security checks can be lengthy. Please make sure to allow enough time for traffic as well if you are leaving during rush hour.
